As a

Retail Sales Assistant

, you will be the heartbeat of our store. Your responsibilities include:

Sales & Customer Experience

Understand customer needs and

discover their value

through effective communication. Provide product knowledge and recommendations to

close sales confidently

. Ensure every customer enjoys a friendly, helpful, and memorable shopping experience.

Store Upkeep & Merchandising

Maintain the outlet in

clean, organized, and presentable

condition at all times. Ensure product displays and merchandising follow company standards.

Administrative Tasks

Assist with basic daily administrative duties including paperwork, stock checks, and reporting. Support store operations to ensure smooth day-to-day performance.

Shifts That Work for You!

Morning Shift

: 10am - 4pm

Evening Shift

: 4pm - 10pm

Full Day Shift

: 10am - 10pm All shifts on a rotating basis.*

Who We're Looking For:

Age

: 18 - 35

Communication Skills

: Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia & English

Punctuality

: Being on time is a MUST!

Experience?

Not necessary - we're willing to train! Experience is a bonus, but your positive attitude and eagerness to learn are what matter most.

Team Player

: Friendly, energetic, and always ready to collaborate.
