What You'll Be Responsible For:

Greet and engage customers, creating a warm and professional in-store experience. Understand product features and benefits to confidently explain and demonstrate smart home solutions. Drive daily and monthly sales targets with a strong closing attitude. Build trust and lasting customer relationships through excellent service. Keep the store neat, organized, and visually appealing. Work as a team to achieve outlet goals and deliver outstanding results. Stay updated on product knowledge, promotions, and new arrivals.

What We're Looking For:

SPM / Diploma or equivalent. Experience in retail or sales is an advantage -- but passion and attitude matter more. Strong communication and customer service skills. Friendly, confident, and motivated to achieve sales targets. A good listener who can understand customer needs and offer the right solutions. Positive, energetic, and a team player. Willing to work retail hours, weekends, and public holidays.
