: As a Retail Sales Advisor at LA BRAND, you will play a crucial role in delivering an outstanding shopping experience for our customers. You will assist customers in selecting the perfect bag, provide product knowledge, and ensure the shop is well-maintained and inviting.
Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in retail sales.
• ?At least 1-2 years of live hosting experience (e.g. TikTok, IG Live, etc.).
• ?Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• ?A passion for fashion, especially luxury and designer brands.
• ?Good organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and based on retail schedule.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and achieve monthly targets.
• Host live streaming sessions to engage with customers and promote products.
• Participate in the creation of product videos and daily short videos.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
