Job Description

Responsibilities:

Visit retail customers regularly to take orders and promote featured products. Build strong relationships with store owners, resellers, and electricians. Ensure timely follow-ups on deliveries, payment collections, and outstanding issues. Monitor and report market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. Conduct outstation trips (3 weeks/month) to cover assigned territories. Meet monthly sales targets and earn commissions based on sales and collections. Participate in training sessions and product briefings.

Requirements:

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in FMCG, electrical, hardware, or retail sectors. Friendly and persuasive communicator with good organizational skills. Must possess own transport and be willing to travel frequently. Highly responsible, independent, and goal oriented.

Fresh graduates

with the right attitude are encouraged to apply - training will be provided. Excellent interpersonal skills with ability to converse in English, Malay, and Chinese dialect Candidates that are fluent in both Mandarin and English are preferred because the work needs candidates to interact with Mandarin-speaking customers.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM7,500.00 per month
