- Proven experience in retail sales or customer service.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a team and handle customer inquiries.
- Good time management and organizational skills.
- Must know how to speak Mandarin and basic Bahasa Malaysia
- Greet and assist customers in the store.
- Provide product information and recommend items to customers.
- Handle sales transactions and process payments.
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment.
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed.
- Monitor inventory levels and report shortages.
- Resolve customer issues and provide excellent service.
