Job Description

Responsibilities:

Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service. Welcome customers by greeting them and assessing customers' needs. Explain, provide appropriate recommendation and perform demonstration on the features of the products to the customers. Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards. Achieve sales target and ensure outlet stock accuracy Perform daily operation tasks such as sales report, stock take, etc Comply to company policies and standard operation procedures To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements:

Proven working experience in retail sales. Strong communication, interpersonal and organizational skills. Customer service focus. Friendly, self-motivated, confident and sales driven Minimum SPM/O level or equivalent. Vacancies located at Hyperstore, IOI Damansara
