Greet and assist walk-in customers with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Provide consultation on Maxis mobile plans, devices, and fibre solutions.
Achieve individual & store sales targets by actively promoting products.
Handle basic service requests (bill payments, SIM replacement, etc.).
Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming retail environment.
Build long-term customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction.
Stay updated with the latest Maxis promotions, devices, and campaigns.
