ACCOUNTABILITY \xe2\x80\xa2 Dedicated to coordinate sales team, ensure the team\'s sales target are met and support the management. \xe2\x80\xa2 Will perform sales, management and administrative tasks, such as maintaining sales performance and monitoring inventory. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent sales and leadership skills, as well as strong customer service skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of Duty Free products especially Liquor & Tobacco, Perfume & Cosmetic, Skincare, Chocolates & Confectionary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Recruiting and training new sales team, assigning specific tasks to other sales team and monitoring the team\'s sales performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Solving customer complaints and answering customers\' questions. \xe2\x80\xa2 Writing reports for Branch Executives. \xe2\x80\xa2 Assisting with the selling of branch\'s products and assisting to maximize sales. \xe2\x80\xa2 Stocking shelves, setting up displays and performing cleaning duties. \xe2\x80\xa2 Providing sales team with constructive feedback and assisting team to solve customers\' problems. \xe2\x80\xa2 Maintaining positive customer relations. \xe2\x80\xa2 Motivating the sales team and creating an atmosphere of healthy competition among the team. SPECIAL CHALLENGES Sales Lead works in all types of sales environments, from retail stores to business-to-business (B2B) companies. The settings and products being sold might differ, but the job of a Sales Lead is to supervise and lead the Sale Team to help increase sales. They do this through recruiting and training new employees, being a resource for all sales team and supporting them while they interact with customers. Sales Leads need strong sales skills to mentor their sales team. They also support the Branch Executive by offering insight, enforcing the policies created by Management and completing tasks assigned by the Branch Executive. EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATION \xe2\x80\xa2 A bachelor\'s or associate\'s degree in marketing, sales, or a related field may be advantageous. \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience in sales is necessary. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong sales ability, business acumen, and commercial awareness. \xe2\x80\xa2 Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills. \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong leadership abilities. \xe2\x80\xa2 Good time management, strategic planning and organizational skills.
