We are looking for a hands-on and sales-driven

Retail Sales Manager

to oversee the performance of multiple fashion retail outlets. The ideal candidate will have a strong sales background, a passion for fashion, and the ability to motivate and inspire store teams to deliver excellent results. This is a store-based role that focuses on driving sales growth, enhancing customer experience, and building a positive, performance-driven store culture.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee daily operations and sales performance across several fashion retail outlets. Set and monitor sales targets, ensuring each store achieves or exceeds monthly goals. Motivate, train, and lead store teams to deliver excellent service and strong sales performance. Build a strong sales culture through coaching, recognition, and teamwork. Conduct regular store visits to assess sales performance, merchandising, and service quality. Work with the marketing team on store campaigns, new collections, and seasonal promotions. Monitor and analyze sales reports, identify gaps, and implement improvement plans. Ensure consistent visual merchandising and brand presentation across all outlets. Recruit, train, and evaluate store staff to strengthen team capability. Maintain high standards of customer service, cleanliness, and merchandising. Provide clear communication and direction to ensure alignment with company goals. Provide regular feedback and performance updates to management.

Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience in fashion retail management, preferably managing multiple outlets. Proven record of achieving and exceeding sales targets. Strong leadership and team motivation skills -- able to inspire and develop people. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Passionate about fashion, styling, and customer experience. Organized, analytical, and results-driven. Willing to travel between stores regularly. Store-based position -- must be willing to work on weekends and public holidays. Proficient in Microsoft Excel and basic reporting tools.

Pay: From RM4,000.00 per month
