Client Background: Furniture / Tiling Industry Location: Johor Position: Retail Sales Manager Headcount: 1 Tenure: Permanent Manage resources to ensure smooth running of store operations and in-store service performance. Develop store security policies and procedures. Improve merchandising presentation and visual displays. Recommendation of areas of improvement to continuously improve productivity. Conduct data-driven functional analysis with CRM applications. Define and allocate staff duties in accordance with store\'s operational requirements. Recruit, train and manage new store employees. Train and evaluate store employees, providing periodic feedback to each staff about their performance. Degree in Business Administration, Marketing or relevant fields. Minimum 2 - 3 years \' experience in managing a retail store. . Experience in sales & marketing related to furniture, interior design, tiling or others. Experience with using CRM analytical digital applications.
