Experience in a retail sales environment & customer service is an added advantage.
Possess a Bachelor's or Diploma in business study, marketing, or an equivalent field (added advantage).
Required to work on weekends and take off days on weekdays.
Responsibilities:
Assist in online and offline marketing strategy execution to increase inquiries, walk-ins, and conversions.
Assist walk-in customers in choosing suitable products and follow up on delivery and warranty claims.
Manage sales support and customer relationships by serving walk-in and online customers, processing orders, and building strong relationships for repeat business.
Assist in marketing social media content creation, coordinating online and offline campaigns, and organizing promotional events.
Maintain an attractive showroom display and environment.
Assist in generating sales reports to analyze trends and collaborate with teams to align inventory and sales efforts with business goals.
