Job Description
Job Responsibility Proactively greet and assist customers, understanding their needs. Showcase and introduce various series of blind box, figurine and new arrival to customers Ensure the store displays are neat, organized, and visually appealing. Stock checking and ordering from HQ. Provide after-sales service and support to ensure customer satisfaction. Job Requirements Excellent communication & interpersonal skills. Willing to work during retail hours (weekend and holidays) Strong sales skills with the ability to meet sales targets. Passion for the blind box industry and familiarity with different manga characters. Basic mathematic skills. Ability to work in a team. Job Benifits Incentive Bonus EPF Sosco Annual Leave
