Job Description

Hardware product training is provided.

Main Duties:

Customer Interaction

Welcome and support customers who visit the store. Understand customer requirements and suggest appropriate items (e.g., tools, bolts, plumbing equipment). Offer product demos or explain technical details when needed.

Product Expertise

Develop thorough understanding of hardware and construction materials. Keep informed about product updates, features, and usage compatibility. Recommend alternatives, inform about pricing, and check stock levels.

Sales Contribution

Achieve or surpass personal and store-wide sales goals. Encourage customers to purchase complementary products (e.g., power tools with add-ons). Monitor individual performance through POS or sales tracking systems.

Stock Management Assistance

Check product levels on shelves and refill as required. Alert purchasing or warehouse team about items that are low or in high demand.

Customer Support After Sales

Manage returns, exchanges, and simple product issues. Assist with order tracking and delivery follow-ups if needed.

Teamwork

Coordinate with teams from logistics, delivery, and procurement. Share customer input to help enhance service quality and inventory planning.
