Overview:

We're looking for a Retail Sales Supervisor

to play a key role in ensuring smooth store operations, delivering excellent customer experiences, and supporting the store team in showcasing the exciting world of 3D printing.

Key Responsibilities

1?) Transaction Processing

Process transactions using the POS system accurately and double-check pricing against the monthly price list. Highlight any pricing discrepancies to HQ for immediate action. Perform cash register reconciliation at the start and end of shift to ensure balanced accounts. Maintain a clean, organized, and presentable checkout area.

2?) Customer Service

Greet customers warmly and provide assistance with product information, store navigation, and promotions. Deliver exceptional service and support to ensure a positive customer experience. Handle customer concerns and escalate issues to management when necessary. Contribute to a welcoming, friendly, and professional store atmosphere.

3?) Store Operations

Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor that meets HQ merchandising standards. Restock shelves and ensure products are well-presented and available. Prevent or minimize out-of-stock (OOS) situations by monitoring inventory health. Assist with inventory management, including receiving goods and conducting stock counts. Work collaboratively and respectfully with team members to ensure operational efficiency. Monitor the sales floor for any suspicious activity and uphold store security. Gather and submit customer feedback to the Store Manager for continuous improvement. Support in closing sales and converting foot traffic into actual purchases.

Day-to-Day Essentials

Perform daily reconciliation of transactions and ensure system accuracy. Maintain store cleanliness and ensure display units, counters, and panels are spotless and functional. Replenish shelves and verify stock accuracy between system and physical counts. Process payments efficiently and accurately. Prepare and showcase approved 3D printed samples for display and sale. Proactively observe and engage customers based on their browsing behavior. Consolidate and communicate customer insights to management.

Requirements

Diploma or equivalent qualification. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. High attention to detail, integrity, and reliability. Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles preferred (tech or lifestyle retail is a plus). Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills. Comfortable working on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
