Requirements:

Positive, professional, and supportive working attitude. Minimum

1 year of experience

in sales or customer service.

No formal educational qualification required

-- enthusiasm and commitment matter most. Able to communicate clearly in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

; proficiency in other languages is an added advantage.

Proactive learner

with a strong desire to grow and develop new skills. Must have

own transport

for daily commuting.

Responsibilities:

Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times. Respond to inquiries and offer clear, persuasive product information to drive sales. Maintain a neat and organized

stock room

and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing. Handle customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally, referring complex issues to the manager when necessary. Communicate fluently in

English and Bahasa Malaysia

to ensure smooth customer interactions.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
