Responsibilities:
Welcome customers warmly and provide excellent service at all times.
Respond to inquiries and offer clear, persuasive product information to drive sales.
Maintain a neat and organized
stock room
and ensure shelves are fully stocked and visually appealing.
Handle customer feedback or concerns promptly and professionally, referring complex issues to the manager when necessary.
Communicate fluently in
English and Bahasa Malaysia
to ensure smooth customer interactions.
