• Able speak in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia
• 9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (1-hour break) - 45 hours a week
• 5-day work week
• Days off on Tuesday and Wednesday

What You Should Bring:

• Prior experience in coordination or retail sales preferred
• Bachelor\'s degree in business or a related diploma preferred
• Experience in retail sales environments and customer service is a plus

TanggungjawabYour Responsibilities:

• Achieve and exceed sales targets by selling curtain products in-store or online.
• Provide excellent customer service by understanding customer needs and offering personalized product recommendations.
• Manage customer orders, including coordinating measurements and providing after-sales services such as installation.
• Maintain strong customer relationships by addressing inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing post-purchase support.
• Assist in keeping the store displays and environment clean and well-organized to enhance the shopping experience.
