Job Description

Greeting customers, assisting them in finding products, answering inquiries about products, prices, and availability, and providing information on product features and benefits. Ensuring products are neatly displayed, restocking shelves, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the store. Helping to receive and unload new merchandise shipments, checking them for accuracy, and organizing them in the stockroom or on the sales floor. Assisting with setting up promotional displays, distributing flyers or coupons, and actively engaging with customers during sales events to drive sales. Ensuring that the store environment is clean and safe for both customers and employees, which may include tasks like sweeping, mopping, and wiping down surfaces. Working collaboratively with other team members and communicating effectively with supervisors to ensure smooth store operations.
