We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused person to join our team. In this role, you will manage customer accounts, process orders and provide support to ensure smooth sales operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle incoming sales inquiries and process customer orders efficiently.
Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify opportunities for potential business.
Provide accurate product information and support to customers.
Collaborate with the retail and warehouse teams to ensure inventory availability.
Prepare sales quotes, follow up on leads and assist with customer account management.
Stay informed on product updates, market trends and customer needs to better support sales efforts.
Requirements:
SPM
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Detail-oriented, team player with a proactive and high level of responsiveness.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in wholesale, retail, or B2B sales.
Experience in handling walk-in customers or showroom sales.
