We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. In this role, you'll be the key contact for clients, assist to build strong, long-term relationships and drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Respond to incoming customer inquiries.
Monitor and maintain inventory levels in the retail area.
Prepare sales quotations and process customer orders.
Stay informed about product updates, customer needs, and market trends.
Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
Follow up on sales leads and quotations to support conversions.
Keep sales records and customer data updated in the sales system.
Requirements:
SPM.
2 years experience in wholesale, retail, or merchandising.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in either 2: Mandarin, English or Bahasa Malaysia.
Nice to Have:
Previous experience in customer service or showroom sales.
Proficient in other languages or dialects.
