As a Retail Store Assistant, you will be the face of our brand, delivering an exceptional shopping experience while helping us grow together.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and assist customers with enthusiasm and a friendly attitude
Maintain an organized and visually appealing shop environment
Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
Assist in inventory management and stock replenishment
Support the team in achieving sales targets and shop goals.
Requirements:
Previous experience in retail or customer service is preferred
A passion for fashion and brands
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment
Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
Fluent in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin
