Provide excellent and professional customer service in the retail store.
Assist customers in choosing suitable products according to their needs.
Handle sales transactions and operate the POS system efficiently.
Organize and restock shelves to ensure product availability and visual appeal.
Maintain cleanliness and store presentation according to company standards.
Support promotional activities, sales campaigns, and marketing events in the store.
Responsibilities :
Deliver outstanding customer experience and ensure customer satisfaction.
Demonstrate good product knowledge to assist and upsell to customers.
Report low or damaged stock to the supervisor.
Assist in receiving, checking, and organizing new stock deliveries.
Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Ensure compliance with company policies and standard operating procedures.
Requirements :
Minimum SPM or equivalent qualification.
Previous experience in retail or customer service is an advantage.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, punctual, and responsible.
Able to work on shifts, weekends, and public holidays.
Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
