Requirements

• SPM & above/ Have working experiences in fast fashion/supermarket/retail stores/shopping mall is preferred.
• Fresh graduates are welcomed to apply.
• Required skills: Customer Service, Cash Handling, Inventory Management, Communication Skills
• Pleasant, presentable, cheerful, good in communication skills and responsible.
• Able to accept shift work (subject to the outlet operation hour) Retail operation hour between 9:00-23:00(6 working day, 1 rest day on weekday).
• Have a good sense of service and familiar with basic computer operations
• Fully work at retail stores.
• Able to start work on 1 Dec 2025 / Immediately.
• Prefer have own transport as request to training at Pavilion Bukit Jalil.

Responsibilities
Sales Achievement

• Clarify and achieve sales targets for the time period, and effectively support sales.

Store Service

• Patrol the store in the specified area, provide good store service, understand customer demands and provide timely feedback and assistance.

Product inspection

• Patrol the store in the specified area, check the product expiration date, trial pack capacity and product quality issues, and report problematic products and trial packs to the duty officer in a timely manner.

Store maintenance

• Patrol the store in the specified area, complete daily business work such as product display ,replenishment (preferentially floor cabinets), cleaning, etc.
• Report to store manager if there is emergencies case happen at stores and handle the incidence flexibly to ensure safe operations of the store.
