Manager Responsibilities: - Oversee the operation of the Dyson Demo. - Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees. - Establish procedures and be responsible for managing, responding, coordinating and conduct staff orientation and training. - Maintains store staff job performances by coaching, counselling, discipline, monitoring and appraising job performances. - Responsible to achieve financial and sales objectives by preparing, analyze and initiating corrective action plans. - Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential customers and understanding to improve sales & services. - Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. - Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personal policies and procedures. Qualifications: - Minimum Diploma and above for Manager. - Minimum 5 - 6 years of working experience in the retail industry. - Good interpersonal and communications skills \xe2\x80\x93 English and Bahasa. - Possess own transport and willing to travel. - Experience in Electrical & Electronics is an added advantage. - Required skills: Microsoft Office & Pos Stock Management.
