Job Description


  • Must be self-motivated, proactive, good interpersonal skill, able to multitask and work under pressure.
  • MS Office, Open Office or Google Sheets, Docs & Slides,
  • Must speak and write Bahasa Malaysia and English
Responsibilities
  • Overall care of staff and their well being
  • Assist in interviewing, recruiting, training staffs, performance management, and workplace scheduling
  • Team Development, facilitating staff learning training, and development
  • Conduct performance appraisals to assess training needs and building career path for the staff.
  • Manage day-to-day operations within the organization
  • Oversee employee work on a daily basis to ensure adherence to organizational standards and guidelines
  • Meet regularly with managed employees to provide critical feedback and encouragement
  • Manage employee schedules, to include setting hours and timesheets
  • Create and deliver reports and maintain effective meeting notes
  • Identify organizational or employee-related issues and create effective solutions
  • Supervise and guide a team of professionals to maximize revenue.
  • Develop safe and positive work environment for staffs.
  • Train staffs on daily responsibilities, brand promotion and customer service activities.
  • Evaluate employee performance and develop individual development plans.
  • Evaluate existing business procedures and recommend improvements.
  • Address customer issues and queries in accurate and timely manner.
  • Any other ad-hoc task assigned.
Reporting + Sales Target
  • Basic Computer applications in stores management and materials control
  • Ensure outlet budget and sales target set by the Company is achieved.
  • Analyze capital budget and expenses to find opportunities for cost-effectiveness and profitability.
  • Develop marketing plans to achieve sales target and increase brand visibility within the assigned area.
  • Maintain awareness of market trends in the retail industry.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and merchandise mix
  • Liaise with Operations Manager
