Main Responsibilities

1. Oversee daily store operations, including sales, customer service, and staff management, to ensure targets are met.

2. Lead, motivate, and provide training to store staff to maintain consistent operating standards and brand image.

3. Monitor and analyze store performance to identify areas for improvement and develop actionable strategies.

4. Ensure effective execution of marketing and promotional activities within the store.

5. Manage inventory, product replenishment, and operational logistics, ensuring efficient workflows.

6. Assist in the setup and launch of new stores as required.

7. Maintain a strong understanding of products and market trends to guide team members and improve sales performance.

8. Build and maintain relationships with local partners, vendors, and service providers.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
