Min. Education: SPM
Min. Experience: Any experiences related to retail industries as a Supervisor
Job Responsibilities:
Carry out stock take and replenishment
To ensure sufficient manpower to run the daily/public holidays operation.
To monitor attendance and ensure promoter report to work on time.
To report the relevant business information to HQ.
To lead the team, motivate them to drive store sales and excellent service quality.
To maintain an excellent level of the presentation of the shop interiors, the products display/ windows display.
Manage all controllable costs to keep operations profitable.
Training new staff members and scheduling shifts.
Benefits:
Salary up to RM2500 - RM3500 Monthly
Personal + Group Sales commission up to 5% (Applicable upon confirmation)
EPF Socso and EIS is provided
Working Days & Hours (shifts)
6 days/Week
1 Off-Day
Shifts:
Morning - 10am to 7pm
Afternoon - 1pm to 10pm
Full - 10am to 10pm
Requirements
- Minimum education level: High school
- 1 year of experience
- Availability to travel: No
- Availability of change of residence: No
