Job Description

Staff Supervision :

1. Plan monthly duty roster, work schedule and monitoring attendance

2. Train subordinates on SOPs and how to use electronic systems

3. Evaluate, motivate and discipline subordinates to meet sales targets

4. Conduct frequent discussions with subordinates and superiors

Sales and Promotion :

1. Plan and execute in-store promotions, offers and discounts

2. Report sales and purchase performance to the management monthly

3. Competitor analysis.

4. Participating actively in company sales activities and marketing events.

Operations :

1. Oversee daily operations to ensure outlet rules and regulations are met.

2. Addressing customers' requests, comments and complaints

3. Carry out the daily work of live operations, plan overall planning

4. Maintain safety measures and store's cleanliness

5. Assist in recruitment plan to support manpower needs and conduct interview.

Stock Management :

1. Ensure products are clean, stored and stocked well and displayed presentably with correct pricing

2. Utilise Stock Management Software to evaluate sales performance and plan for future re-stock

3. Implementing measures to avoid stock damage, theft and wastage

To undertake any ad-hoc assignments as and when required.

Requirements :

1. Minimum SPM Graduate

2. Able to communicate well

3. 4 years' experience in related industry

4. Independent, proactive and a good team player

5. Good leadership skills, Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

6. Exceptional interpersonal skills in dealing with employees and customers.

7. High level of conceptual, analytical and problem-solving skills.

8. Possess own transport.

*18 days PH

*Basic salary + Overtime + store commissions
