Job scope:
Ensure smooth day-to-day operations of the outlet, including staff coordination and customer service. Lead by example on the sales floor--assist customers, promote products, and ensure high service standards. Monitor team discipline, attendance, and grooming to maintain a professional store environment. Oversee stock handling processes such as stock-in, stock-out, tagging, and daily stock accuracy checks. Maintain proper arrangement of products, promotional displays, and overall shop layout. Assist in organizing promotions, product launches, and in-store marketing activities.
Requirement:
Prior supervisory experience in retail industry (huge plus) Sales-driven, able to work rotational shifts
