We are looking for a responsible

Retail Supervisor

to help manage daily store operations and lead the sales team. You will support staff, ensure smooth store running, and provide excellent customer service.

Job Responsibilities:

Supervise daily operations and ensure smooth store running Lead, train, and motivate retail staff and promoters Maintain high levels of customer service and handle escalations Monitor sales performance and assist in achieving targets Ensure proper stock levels, merchandising, and store cleanliness Handle basic administrative tasks such as reports and staff schedules
Job Requirements:

Minimum 1-2 years of retail experience, preferably in a supervisory role Strong leadership and communication skills Able to work in a fast-paced environment with a hands-on approach Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays Familiar with POS systems and basic inventory handling
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,300.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
