Fully responsible for the boutique daily operation including opening & closing of boutique, sales, boutique's cleanliness & safety in accordance to standard Operating procedure
To monitor and ensure stock inventory is always available and sufficient to achieve the sales target.
Offer a consistently good memorable customer service experience
Achieved and meet the target sales set by Head Quarter
Plan among the team to maintaining and increasing of company sales
To manage and supervise all sales assistant
Report daily sales to Operation Manager
Prepare Monthly sales report and send to Operation Manager.
Guiding and managing boutique team to develop strong sales
Supervise and manage staff usage of s.o.p and company policy.
Qualifications
:
Candidate must possess at least Primary/Secondary School/SPM/"O" Level in any field.
At least 1 Year(s) of working experience in supervision, related field is required for this position.
Required Skill(s): Microsoft Office
Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Sales - Retail/General or equivalent.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
