The resort consists of 499 guest rooms, a 64-acre nature reserve, the Rasa Ria Reserve, home to wildlife including long-tailed macaques and slow lorises, and home to an 18-hole championship golf course with picture-perfect views of Mt Kinabalu (a UNESCO World Heritage site).

We\'re looking for an experienced Retail Supervisor or aspiring to be, required for our Retail department.

Job Summary

The Retail Supervisor, under the guidance and supervision of the Senior Service Manager (Retail), is responsible for leading and managing the daily operations of retail outlets, The Shop and ProShop. Duties & responsibilities, including but not limited to enforcing operation in the mentioned area in compliance with state and local laws; safety including its public education; program and promotional activities; suppliers and concessionaires; maintenance and defect repair of equipment and facilities; inventory; procurement; departmental budget and forecast for both revenues and expenses as well as other financial related matters; any other task or assignment that may be delegated or given from time to time.

Requirement

• Presentable and pleasant appearance.
• Good written and spoken English and Malay; additional language i.e. Mandarin / Korean / Japanese a definite advantage.
• Performing a similar position in retail for at least 1 year.
• Ability to interact, display initiative, a self-starter and teamwork.
• Malaysian Nationality only.
