Requirements
Possess at least an SPM qualification with a pleasant personality.
At least 1 year experience in retail industry.
Strong Customer Service Skills in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
Well-spoken, pleasant appearance, friendly and confident.
Having a sales-oriented mindset.
The candidate must be willing to work in a mobile environment.
Possess own transport and a valid driving license.
Willing to travel.
Responsibilities
Assist in all aspects of a retail outlet operation, especially display, reports, stock count, merchandising, and cleanliness.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service and maintain a good relationship with all customers.
Provide efficient after-sales service to the end users of the company's products.
Play an integral part in contributing towards outlet sales achievement, sales growth, and quality customer service.
Maintain good communication and working relationships with colleagues for achieving teamwork.
Monitor team productivity.
Other duties which are assigned by the company.
