Job Responsibility Manager Responsibilities Oversee the operation of the Jura store. Completes store operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees. Establish procedures and be responsible for managing, responding, coordinating and conduct staff orientation and training. Maintains store staff job performances by coaching, counselling, discipline, monitoring and appraising job performances. Responsible to achieve financial and sales objectives by preparing, analyze and initiating corrective action plans. Identifies current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential customers and understanding to improve sales & services. Maintains the stability and reputation of the store by complying with legal requirements. Maintains operations by initiating, coordinating, and enforcing program, operational, and personal policies and procedures. The role requires a person that loves his/her coffee & enjoys technology. Qualifications Minimum Diploma and above for Manager. Minimum 5 - 6 years of working experience in the retail or F&B industry. Good interpersonal and communications skills - English and Bahasa. Possess own transport and willing to travel.
