Job Overview

As a Supervisor, you will create excitement around the products we offer, provide the right solutions to customers, and ensure a superior shopping experience. You will lead the retail team, support daily operations, and help drive store sales in line with company goals.

Job Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day store operations to ensure smooth business flow. Lead and supervise staff, ensuring they are trained in product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service. Drive sales performance through effective team coaching, upselling, and promotional activities. Maintain workplace safety for customers, staff, and pets. Ensure all pets/animals in the store are properly cared for. Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment with no empty shelves. Maintain good store housekeeping to create a pleasant shopping environment. Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues professionally.

Job Requirements

Minimum 2 years of retail experience in a supervisory role. Animal Science background is an added advantage. Sales-driven, energetic, and able to achieve monthly sales targets. Strong communication and leadership skills. Mature, pleasant personality and able to motivate the team.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
