• Proven experience as a Retail Supervisor or similar role in a retail environment.
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Proficiency in MS Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in retail management is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking a dedicated and experienced Retail Supervisor to join our team. In this role, you will oversee daily operations within our retail store, ensuring efficiency, accuracy, and exceptional customer service. The Retail Supervisor will also be responsible for maintaining inventory, implementing promotional strategies, and managing staff schedules.Responsibilities:

• Team Leadership: Supervise and motivate a team of retail staff, ensuring they adhere to company policies and deliver excellent customer service.
• Customer Service: Resolve escalated customer issues promptly and effectively, ensuring customer satisfaction at all times.
• Sales and Promotion: Implement sales strategies to achieve sales targets and promote merchandise effectively. Monitor promotional campaigns and ensure proper execution on the sales floor.
• Inventory Management: Oversee inventory levels and order merchandise as needed. Conduct regular stock audits to minimize shrinkage and maintain accurate inventory records.
• Operational Efficiency: Ensure store operations run smoothly, including opening and closing procedures, cash handling, and security protocols.
• Training and Development: Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge. Provide ongoing coaching and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
• Reporting and Administration: Prepare daily sales reports, analyze performance metrics, and provide recommendations for improvement. Assist with scheduling, payroll, and other administrative tasks
