  • Diploma / Degree in Business, Retail Management or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail operations support (preferred)
  • Strong coordination, communication, and follow-up skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, and reporting
  • Organized, proactive, and able to multitask
  • Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Mandarin Speaking is advantage
Tanggungjawab
1. Operational Support
  • Assist retail stores with day-to-day operational issues and ensure company SOPs are followed.
  • Coordinate with store supervisors regarding manpower, stock requests, and operational updates.
  • Monitor store performance and flag any operational challenges to management for action.
2. Inventory & Replenishment Coordination
  • Consolidate and process stock replenishment requests from stores.
  • Liaise with warehouse team for stock picking, delivery scheduling, and stock accuracy follow-up.
  • Track DO/RO status and ensure timely delivery and receiving confirmation from stores.
3. Administration & Reporting
  • Prepare daily/weekly sales, stock, OT and performance reports for management.
  • Handle documentation related to store operations such as memos, promotion briefs, forms, and tracking sheets.
  • Maintain and update store information databases (contacts, fixtures, equipment, etc.).
4. Promotion & Marketing Support
  • Communicate promotion mechanics, POP materials, and campaign instructions to stores.
  • Ensure all stores implement promotions correctly according to schedule.
  • Collect feedback and performance results of promotions for review.
5. Communication & Coordination
  • Act as the communication bridge between HQ, warehouse, and retail outlets.
  • Follow up on store issues such as maintenance, mall requirements, equipment repair, etc.
  • Support new store openings, relocations, or refurbishments where needed.
