Job Description

Salary : RM4,000 - RM5,000 per month
Location: Jalan Bicu 15/6, Seksyen 15, 40200 Shah Alam, Selangor
Working day & hour: Monday - Fridays, 8.30am - 6pm
Contract duration: 6 months contract under PERSOLKELLY (can renew the contract or convert to permanent subject to performance and business requirements, potential for renewal / extension)
Benefit: 1.5 month contractual bonus, short term incentive bonus up to 10% from total annual salary and mobile phone allowance.

Duties include:

• Actively practice and living the organisation\'s values and principles (Leadership Principles, company Values, Code of Conduct,7CC etc)
• Adhere to all company policies.
• Responsible to implement company Aftersales Global Process and Support
• Responsible for successful implementation of GDS system in the market in line with company Global Process
• Support developing dealer knowledge in related system usage area of Retail systems, Service, Parts.
• Responsible to conduct training program on workshop administration and dealer business
• Responsible to train user and follow-up during upgrades of GDS system
• Act as front line for GDS technical Support and support market to use GDS as tool to improve their productivity and efficiency in workshop and Market Company
• Company Dynafleet Connected service product:

- Coordinate with uptime center
- Ensure on-time invoicing on all subscribing units
- Updating of Dynafleet / company connect packages that are under subscription

Requirements:

• Minimum Degree in Engineering / Technology with a good sense of commercial competence.
• 5 years or more of Service Market support / marketing experience in automotive industry or equivalent industry.
• Candidates with experience as a field engineer in related field or with service market marketing experience is an added advantage.
• Proficiency in English language is required (Both written and verbal)
• Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia is an added advantage
• Ability to prepare and present quality presentation slides
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Office 365)
