Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced trainer to join our team at Ai Home. The Retail Trainer will be responsible for developing and delivering training programs for our sales associates and store managers to ensure they have the knowledge and skills to effectively sell and demonstrate our IOT and smart home devices to customers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a trainer in the retail or technology industry
• Strong knowledge of IOT and smart home devices
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Ability to create and deliver effective training programs
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Bachelor\'s degree in a related field is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver training programs on IOT and smart home devices, including product knowledge, sales techniques, and customer service skills
• Ensure that all sales associates and store managers are fully trained and knowledgeable about our products and services
• Provide ongoing training and support to our sales team to ensure they are up-to-date on the latest products and industry trends
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make necessary adjustments
• Work with store managers to identify training needs and develop customized training programs as needed
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure that training programs align with company goals and objectives.
