Location

: Southern region (Johor, Melaka & Seremban)

Identify

performance and productivity gaps

for both individuals and teams.

Guide, coach, and support

Store Managers and Sales Associates to improve sales.

Handle onboarding and training

for new District Managers, Store Managers, and Sales Associates. Create and run

training programs

using role-play, games, and real-life scenarios.

Plan training activities

that support company financial goals.

Check employee performance

before and after training. Keep up with the

latest trends

in retail sales.

Stay updated

on all company products, services, policies, and procedures.

Job Requirement

s

Preferably with experience in

coaching, training

, or a similar role. Ideally from the

retail industry,

especially in fashion, footwear, pharmaceuticals, home and living, or retail chain/franchise businesses.

Strong understanding

of sales processes and KPIs. Excellent presentation and

coaching skills

. Committed to delivering great customer experiences.

Passionate

about the retail industry and willing to go the extra mile.

Open to daily travel.


Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
