Job Description

:

Provide an excellent customer service and address any queries and complaints Actively introduce and promote product and promotional items to customers Manage (Order, receive, monitor) inventory stocks and stock management Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules and regulation. Check the stock at the designated display freezer, chiller and service chiller Check the display whether it's according to Plano-gram set by the Management Check the temperature at display freezer, chillers, and also the storage chillers Check current and existing stock and replenish stock if deemed necessary Record and report immediately defect / malfunction of equipment that require urgent attention. (i.e. freezer/ chiller breakdown, machinery breakdown, work equipment loss of work utensil etc Butcher: Ensure all meat to be cut/slice/trimmed based on the retail standard cuts Cashier: Manage all cash and credit card transactions and assist customers in making payment for their purchase. Cashier: Check daily outlet bills. Cashier: Check cash flow, ensure small denominations available, maintain the cash accurately at the counter till according to the set procedures and to be accountable for any shortage and to keep proper records of operations. At least 1 year of experience as a retail assistant Honest, responsible, and the right attitude Medical claim included Annual and medical leave shall be in accordance with the prevailing Labour Law Willing to work on public holidays, weekends & OT Preferably candidate who can start work immediately

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
