Job Description

Key Responsibilities:



Assist in planning and executing retail strategies to achieve monthly sales targets. Maintain excellent customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience. Monitor daily store operations, including staff performance, cleanliness, and product displays. Oversee inventory levels, stock replenishment, and product ordering. Coordinate promotional activities, campaigns, and product launches. Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly sales reports to management. Ensure compliance with company policies, SOPs, and visual merchandising standards. Handle customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints professionally. Assist in training, guiding, and supervising retail staff. Conduct regular store visits to monitor performance and identify areas for improvement.

Requirements:



Minimum Diploma in Business, Marketing, Retail Management, or related fields. At least 1-2 years of experience in retail operations. Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks. Willing to travel to store locations when required. Able to work on weekends and public holidays if needed.

Additional Skills (Preferred):



Experience in visual merchandising. Knowledge of retail analytics or POS systems.
