Attend to walk-in customers for sales and purchase inquiries.
Manage and respond to online leads via WhatsApp.
Handle social media inquiries (DMs & comments) in a professional way.
Assist customers who want to sell their luxury bags and guide them through the process.
Share product information and ensure excellent customer service at all times.
