1. Taking inventory of all medication and pharmaceutical supplies.
2. Processing sales transaction for medication and other pharmaceutical supplies.
3. Directing all customers questions relating to prescriptions, health matters or medications to the pharmacist.
4. Clearing short expiry items.
5. Focus more on high profit margin product, code A & H and alert with KPI items.
6. Restocking shelves with medication and other pharmaceutical supplies.
7. Accurately writing prescription labels.
8. Count money in cash drawers at the end of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and there is adequate change
9. Answering all incoming telephone calls in a professional manner
10. Continuous product education by pharmacist.
11. Ensuring that work areas and shelves are organized and clean.
