Revenue Executive (Urgent Hiring)

Join Our Hospitality Dream Team as a Revenue Executive (OTA Specialist)
Location: Penang | Full-Time | Hybrid Opportunity Available

Are you passionate about hotels, obsessed with data, and love the thrill of making bookings grow? We're looking for a young, driven, and creative Revenue Executive to join our fast-growing hospitality group. You'll be the OTA wizard behind our bookings, helping our portfolio of hotels shine on platforms like Booking.com, Agoda, and Expedia.

What You'll Be Doing:

Manage and optimize OTA listings (Agoda, Booking.com, Expedia, etc.) for multiple hotels Monitor daily pricing and availability. Work closely with the marketing and front office teams to run promos, deals, and flash sales Analyze performance reports and booking trends to make smart pricing decisions Coordinate with OTA market managers to unlock more exposure and visibility Stay ahead of the game by tracking industry trends and competitors

Who We're Looking For:

A fresh graduate or young professional with a Diploma or Degree in Hospitality, Business, or Marketing (we welcome non-traditional backgrounds too!) Bonus points if you already have experience working in hotels or managing OTA platforms. Someone who loves numbers and isn't afraid of Excel or dashboards Passionate about travel, hotels, and tech platforms Strong attention to detail and always thinking two steps ahead Team player, fast learner, and thrives in a dynamic work environment
