ROLE SUMMARY

What are the key objectives and expectations from this role?

Provides reward analysis and design for Group Reward Delivery team, and the wider Group Reward team.

What is the direct impact of this role on the team or organization?

Support Reward Process Leads and Reward Managers to conduct analysis and provide initial technical solutions for top-down & bottoms-up demand plans.

ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Support top-down & bottoms-up demands by conducting technical analysis and proposing initial design to provide fit-for-purpose analytical solutions to Group Reward Delivery team
  • Proactively gathering relevant data from internal (Markets &/ Centre) and external reward providers
  • Conduct detailed analysis as part of reward investigations / enquiries initiated by Group Reward Delivery Team
  • Present analysis and initial proposals clearly and creatively
  • Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit-for-purpose reward data
  • Support the RAD Process Leads in maintaining fit-for-purpose reward data management, process maps, and frameworks to ensure that a consistent approach is undertaken
  • Support robust and accurate reward delivery reporting with initial insights/commentary as input to:
  • Relevant governing bodies at a regional, central and/or functional level
  • Legislative reporting for pay equity (i.e., gender pay gap reporting)
  • Develop and maintain reward delivery tools and templates, and
  • Train GBS on tools and templates, when required
  • Collaborate with GBS in the deployment of system improvements in-line with changes to reward policies
  • Support RAD Process Leads in the development of reward capability and communication materials
  • Support ad-hoc requests for reward analysis to aid decision-making and process management for the wider Group Reward team
  • Participate in reward projects as part of an agile team as and when assigned
EXPERIENCE, SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE

ESSENTIAL

Experience Required
  • Generalist Reward experience beneficial
  • University educated
  • Strong analytical capabilities, attention to detail and excellent execution capabilities
  • Ability to build and maintain effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong English language (written and oral)
  • Ability to work in a global capacity / virtual working to ensure seamless delivery and execution across time zones
  • Ability to work in a highly dynamic and matrixed organization, navigating complexity to deliver seamlessly
Technical / Functional / Leadership Skills Required
  • Reward experience: Able to apply reward practices, tools in designing reward solutions that are aligned to global reward and HR strategy and competitive to market
  • Project management: Able to manage own deliverables, ensure timely completion of project milestones and communicate progress regularly with stakeholders for feedback and input
  • Engagement/consultancy: Proactively engage Reward Process Leads and Reward Managers
  • HR service delivery: Able to coach GBS Reward on reward processes and governance, and identify areas for improvement for these processes
  • Business acumen: Able to understand the business agenda and context and link reward solutions to the business needs
  • Solution delivery and design: Apply market insights and best practices to help design solutions in line with reward strategy and global HR governance
Education / Qualifications / Certifications Required
  • Bacheklor\'s degree in related field
BENEFICIAL
  • Experience in reward consultancy or operating reward regionally
  • Specific experience in areas such as external benchmarking, pay range and policy design, etc
  • Experience in complex, matrixed, multinational organisations, with ability to navigate complexity to deliver on time in full
  • Experience working closely with reward consultants at one of the major survey houses
