Job Description

Leads the design and implementation of rewards and compensation programs that align with organisational strategies and workforce goals.

• Develop and manage compensation frameworks, policies, and processes to ensure market competitiveness and internal equity.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance teams on headcount planning, budgeting, and annual compensation cycles, including bonuses, increments, and promotions.
• Maintain accurate compensation data in HR systems and coordinate with shared services teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Provide guidance on rewards policies, resolve employee queries, and ensure compliance with internal governance.
• Review and audit employee benefits claims to ensure adherence to policy and eligibility criteria.
• Enhance operational efficiency through process documentation, knowledge management, and work flow optimisation.
• Conduct compensation and benefits analyses, prepare cost-impact reports, and present recommendations to leadership for decision-making.

A successful Rewards Consultant should have:

• A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of strong knowledge of compensation and benefits principles especially on advisory.
• Proficiency in market bench-marking tools and techniques.
• Effective communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple client projects simultaneously.
• Experience working within the Consulting industry is preferred.
