Your work in the Rewards Center of Expertise will be critical to help us deliver on the promise of building a more cohesive and integrated function.

Job Purpose
Regards Business Partner for key countries. This position will play a crucial role in leading and implementing global rewards strategy for these countries. Review, design, implement and communicate compensation programs and activities through robust analysis of market data and business direction.

Your responsibilities include but not limited to:

  • Business Partnering: Act as a Rewards Business Partner and provide guidance and solution to the P&O Heads and Business Heads for managing the business needs.
  • Global/Regional Initiatives/Projects: Implement global/regional initiatives at site and align them cross divisionally. Support countries in rolling out global rewards projects by partnering with P&O and business
  • New Hire Process: Provide the Rewards job offer support for the new hires including ESOP buyout evaluation
  • Benefits - Review, design, implement and communicate benefits programs and activities through robust analysis of market data and workforce demographic trend; participate in relevant market surveys; Monitor utilization of benefits and prevent cost escalation. Work on benefits harmonization across division
  • Rewards Processes & Compliance/P&O Policy - Manage and ensure compliance with corporate governance, compensation & benefit related laws. Handle the site and global audits per-training to Rewards areas .Create a sustainable and traceable structure & system to properly document different access levels of P&O policies; Be P&O Policy champion to involve relevant parties to create, review, update policies; Responsible for P&O policies communication to reach intended group of audience. Work on the policy harmonization across divisions
  • Vendor Management: Responsible for managing an effective relationship with P&O vendors such as consulting companies for compensation and benefits surveys and Legal Consultant
  • Rewards Analytics/ Rewards Education: Perform Rewards Analytics to provide insights to business and leader-ship teams that assist in decision making. Analyze Division positions\' internal equity and take corrective actions as needed. Strengthen the rewards awareness by conducting rewards education sessions for the P&OBP\'s, TAS, Managers and associates. Ensure the operational conversion of the Rewards strategic goals within a dedicated client group.
  • Wage Administration/ Reward & Recognition: Manage wage administration, considering the Group proposals, competitive analysis, and internal pay equity. Review, manage and implement the Reward & Recognition programs and retention plans
Role Requirements

What you\'ll bring to the role:
  • Post Graduate with HR as specialization (Master in Business Administration, Master of Arts in HR, Master of Arts in Social Sciences etc.)
  • 5 to 8 Years of experience in Rewards
