Job Description

This role requires a Rewards and/or Workforce Consultant to provide strategic insights and solutions within the Human Resources department of the professional services industry. The position is based in Kuala Lumpur and focuses on delivering impactful workforce and rewards strategies to clients.
Rewards:

  • Support compensation benchmarking, pay structure design, and job evaluation projects.
  • Collect, analyse, and interpret market data to generate insights and recommendations for client reports.
  • Prepare client presentations and deliverable with accuracy, clarity, and professional polish.
  • Collaborate with consultants on regional and local rewards surveys, market updates, and annual compensation cycles.
  • Apply strong analytical skills to assess pay competitiveness, internal equity, and total rewards trends.
  • Ensure data quality, process consistency, and timely delivery of client commitments.
Workforce:
  • Analyse workforce data and develop insights related to organisation structure, skills, and performance.
  • Build dashboards, reports, and models to support workforce planning and talent strategy projects.
  • Conduct research on market and workforce trends, integrating findings into client deliverable.
  • Assist in project documentation, client reporting, and presentation development.
  • Collaborate with consultants and project managers to ensure high-quality, timely outputs.
  • Contribute to the development of new analytical frameworks and internal knowledge resources.

A successful Rewards/Workforce Consultant should have:
  • A degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience within Rewards and/or Workforce Advisory.
  • Must-have Consulting experience managing HR functions.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret complex data sets.
  • Proficiency in presenting and communicating ideas effectively to stakeholders.
  • Knowledge of the professional services industry and its challenges.
