Job Summary

We are now looking for new member within service function Planning & Engineering to join our organization. You will be responsible for the end-to-end service or resource specific coordination, management, execution and handle projects. This job role will engage in activities that will ensure the best cost-effective design, an adequate network and technology evolution as well as the consistency of the service and resource. Those activities should always be performed in complete alignment with the Operator\'s short- and long-term business requirements.

Responsibilities:

• Work with Service and Resource long and medium-term planning and design the Infrastructure and Product Lifecycle Management.
• Understand the complete Operator\'s network, Broadcast, and IS/IT infrastructure under the scope of the MS contract as resources.
• Oversee short term planning engineering detailed designs of new or enhanced services or resources, supporting the deployment of the solution and ensuring that it meets the project requirements.
• Handle post-incident analysis as part of the problem management process and approve any change that affects the network (or service) topology or broadcast delivery.
• Responsible for Network (and Service) performance management and capacity management to meet This Company and business requirements and growth projections. This function will prompt the need for a specific network and/or broadcast delivery optimization.
• Handle special projects planning and design.
• Responsible for customer solution design.
• Oversee customer experience use case design and modeling.

• Minimum years of experience: 4-5 years\' experience in the relevant domain (RF, RAN, LTE, Planning).
• Possess good communication and presentation skills, as well as social awareness.
• Ability to share knowledge and collaborate effectively with team members and other stakeholders.
• Apply expertise and technology to effectively solve complex problems and optimize network performance.
