RF Test Product Engineer is handling on NPI and sustaining product of High Power RF Power Amplifier devices. Working with a team of Design/ Test/ RFD Product engineers on the NPI from few difference Design Center. The candidate will lead the NPI project with include Assembly, Test RF, Test DC, Packing. The candidate will work with Assembly and Test.

If any new requirements on the fixture RF and DC as well as the program spec that need to be included in the test program software to be used for production.

Person must possess a strong background and experience level in Semiconductor Testing. Good Assembly knowledge will be an advantage. Must possess ability to apply RF test concepts for development and implementation of RF circuit board and test programs. Must have outstanding analytical capabilities on process, hardware as well as the ability to integrate s/w and h/w to work together for high volume of high power RF PA testing. Handling 8D respond to customer for any CQC complaint.

He/She need to do data analysis and do mapping and improvement.

The candidate will be fully responsible on the product that qualify starting from NPI until end of products life cycle.

Requirements and Required Skills:

• Engineering Degree in Electronics/Electronics Communications or related.
• At least 2 to 5 years of Product or Test Engineering experience in a semiconductor/component environment, preferably within the RF Power Amplifier wireless, cellular telecommunication or semiconductor manufacturing industry.
• Understanding of RF/Microwave theory, high power FET operation and of semiconductor physics (emphasis on LDMOS high power amplifiers preferred).
• Knowledge in statistical methods.
• Knowledge of the typical RF test equipment and common test methodologies.
• Knowledge of the typical Cellular telecommunications and wireless standards mainly UMTS and WiMAX.
• Compile and analyze data using common statistical techniques (time-series analysis, CPK, DOE, SPC, ANOVA, JMP) and effectively present key results along with recommended actions.
• Familiar with statistical software JMP and Minitab
• Generates Yield Plans that provide a roadmap for improving manufacturing efficiency in order to optimize cost models and to meet yield targets.
• Engage in group problem-solving and process improvement projects (familiarity with Six Sigma or comparable methods is desirable).
• Supports design and quality engineering on product qualifications, failure analysis, customer returns
• Must have strong attention to detail, be self motivated and able to achieve results with minimal supervision.
